Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive maintenance and repair services. Reporting to the aftersales supervisor, the Service Advisor will provide expert guidance and support to ensure a positive service experience for our customers.

Overall Responsibility: responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients seeking vehicle maintenance or repair services. They assess customer needs, schedule appointments, and communicate service recommendations, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience throughout the service process.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical training in automotive technology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service or repair, with previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and maintenance procedures, as well as diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Personal Character: Passionate about adventure and outdoor activities. Enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer focused. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
