Job Description

1-Provide clear information to customers
•Greet and accompany the customers while visiting the showroom
•Sell the project Coordinate appointment
•Guide and sell the project and Coordinate appointment
•Build good relations and follow up with the customers
2-Conducting property research and promoting the products
•Distribute Leaflets & Do promotiion events as standby booths and bank
•Hunt customers directly and use other ways to achieve sales target
3-Maintain positive business and custermer relationships to extend customer lifetime value
4-Guild and Coach Sales Officer to follow sales strategies and customer service guideline
5-Handle supervisor’s task during he/she absent
6-Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor and Deputy Sales Manager
Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related major
•Fluent command of both written and spoken English proficiency
•Having experience in sales at least 1-2 years
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
•Flexible, honest, time management and teamwork
