• Setup Franchise stores and resellers in the assigned regions towards the targets
  • Expand wholesales business models into the market territory to achieve 9.5% of the total sales target
  • Create strategic plan to penetrate the wholesales market
  • Refine Franchise/Reseller program presentation & marketing materials
  • Identify numbers of potential customers in the targeted region: Qualified, Inquiry & Contacted dealers.
  • Meeting with the dealers to present the Franchise/Reseller program
  • Online promote SHH products & Services to all dealers and closely follow up the interested dealers by telegram/call etc.
  • Monthly invite potential dealers and existing dealers for showroom tour
  • Regularly visit dealers in the targeted regions by monthly carrying out provincial mission trips
  • Regularly update maintained sales strategy and plan
  • Conduct regular update products and services on dealer’s display
  • Conduct regular product training to dealers’ sales team
  • Provide promotional offer at least once every quarter
  • Regularly update wholesales policy
  • Set up wholesales standard workflow and procedure with dealers and internal process
  • Build and train up wholesales team
  • Maintains staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly report to GD
  • Join monthly management meeting with HoDs & Top management team
  • Join and share ideas to develop and improve the department as well as enhance company image in all time and circumstances
  • Prepare yearly budget plan for the department
  • Other tasks assigned by GD
