Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily check sales M2D compared to the target
  • Control AR not overdue/over credit limited
  • Daily survey project in own area approach sales and keep in record.
  • Good relationship with Architectures, Contractors, and site manager to push company products.
  • To closed sales, need to work both a site manager and purchasing head.
  • Project list/Project tracking/Project Pipe ling/Prioritize the efficacy project and approach sales.
  • Collect all projects list/developer list/applicators list/installer list annlysis the top-20 then approach sales and keep good relationship with them.
  • Presentation about company profile and TOA’s product system knowledge
  • Problem solving and products system recommendation
  • Identify and track upcoming sales opportunities and influence customer specifications
  • Find out what they need and introduce them to our products
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via phone calls and emails
  • Weekly review your own sales performances and aim to meet or exceed targets
  • To know competitor activities and price competition.
  • Generate cross-selling leads and make it easier to do business
  • Develop selling strategies to negotiate and close large deals
  • Coordinate with commercial operations team to develop accurate proposals for project bidding
  • Identify new customers and create customer profiles   and build up customer’s relationships
  • Fast movement and activist work on responsibilities.
  • Conduct customer impact survey, evaluation, and feedback after product sales.
  • Understand market pricing and utilize to successfully close opportunities
  • To do the demand for each project’s requirement.
  • Rangking customer A.B.C
  • Supervise team and guide them correct them lead them at the office at the field to get sales.
  • Support other tasks assigned by Project Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • Research the market and learn about our products
  • Experiences in selling construction is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English if can speak Chinese language is preferable
  • Computer proficiency: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Commit to bring success to the company
