Job Responsibilities
• Ensuring on cleanliness, facility, and enjoyable environment of playground area.
• Enforce all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the safety of children and staff.
• Manage inventory and loss preventing.
• Arrange working schedule staff, and ensuring they perform working professionally in term of grooming, customer service and company’s policy.
• Conduct training to internal team to develop knowledge and skills as needed.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Research and propose new idea to maximize traffic and income of business.
• Cooperate with other departments to improve business performance and opportunities.
• Prepare reports on playground performance, customer feedback, and staff performance as required.
• Other tasks as assigned by line management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or another related field.
• Proven experiences in business operation management, playground field is a great plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership and management skill.
• Interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good at problem solving and presentation.
