Responsible:
- Tenant Management / Lease Administration & Documentation;
- Meets and negotiates with potential retailers or tenants to secure the deals and submit offers;
- Meets the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arranges a solution to their problems;
- Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established;
- Acquisition of new tenants Building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants and lease agents;
- Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall;
- Collaborate with other Departments for the improvement of tenant’s performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions;
- Perform other job that assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration, marketing, economics, communication, retail, real estate, fashion or any other related course.
- At least 4 years experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales & marketing, hospitality, or any other related work.
