Responsibilities:
- Maintains and administers all tenant documents of all retail properties under the Company such asagreement, amendment, renewal, termination, announcement, incentive, etc. to ensure that all documentsare safely kept, correct and up to date;
- Conducts and analyzes market research, trend analysis and strategies; coordinates research activities for allretail properties under the Company (customer studies, foot fall, tenant mix, demographics); continuallyevaluates the competition and market conditions to ensure the successfulness of the execution of marketstrategies.
- Directs the leasing of vacant spaces including stores and outlets, kiosks, promotional areas, advertising panels and so forth to ensure an optimum occupancy rate and revenue generated;
- Develops leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan;
- Controls the overall customer services of all retail properties under the Company by analyzing customer needs, developing customer care facilities, and handling customer complaints etc. to ensure customer satisfactory and standards of service excellence;
- Communicates effectively to provide necessary information to all tenants within retail properties under the Company including circulars, notices, management information, other events, etc.
- Works closely with Marketing and relevant departments to carry out various marketing programs and activities for the purpose of maximizing the traffic and purchasing power in all retail properties under the Company;
- Ensures proper tenant mix in the retail property in line with business strategy and market demand, and to achieve the Company’s desired business objectives;
- Performs ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Requirement:
- Master Degree/Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail and/or related shopping center or other related field;
- Management and leadership skill;
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal; excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
- Persuasion and conflict resolution skills;
- Strategic and analytical still;
- English Proficiency; Chinese is plus;
- Result-orientated self-starter and high energy; able to work independently but also a strong team player; dependable and organized;
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities;
- Ability to work independently combined with a strong collaborative style of communication;
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems.
