Job Description

  •  Supervise for overall maintenance activity
  •  Make report on maintenance daily performance
  • Ensure tools and spare part is controllable and satisfaction for operation
  •  Assigned team to conducting preventive maintenance as schedule, repairing and work order
  • Follow up to ensure team following and perform the task regular
  • Controlling and managing on utilities usage and reporting
  • Leading team to provide services whenever get request or assigned by property manager
  • Inspect, test and repair life safety systems and MEP system & equipment
  •  Follow safety and health rules, standards, and procedures
  •  Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed
  • Identify problems with a variety of testing devices and report to line manager if there is any concern
  • Support the day-to-day handover activities to costumer
  • Monitor the effectiveness of pre-handover inspections, ensure costumer satisfaction and positive customer experience
  • Ability to checking the work defected and follow up with contractor to close out the defected issue
  • Based on the weekly, monthly and yearly schedule, to check all the system and building equipment in
    order to find out any error or/and avoid the error that may happen in the future by using proper tools and follow the SOPs
  • Perform other duties assigned

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineer or Certificate that related to this field.
  • 3 years of work experience in repair and maintenance
  • Have wide knowledge about all sections in maintenance
  • Computer application related to the work
  • Good practical and technical skills
  • Proven experience as an electrician/ Mechanicial
  • An awareness of health and safety procedures legislation
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  •  Understanding electrical, plumbing & drainage, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, pumping, machinery
    and electronic systems
  •  Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
  • Good communication skills
