- Develop and implement research provinces new market opportunities to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas, provinces sale strategies (wholesales and Project sales), and business plans to drive growth
- Study and analysis provinces new market needs and trends and propose the expansion plan to top management
- Identify target market segments, budget plan and penetrate company’s products to province new market areas to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute sales plans (provinces wholesales and project sales) to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provides short- and long-term provinces market forecasts and expand new project pipelines growth
- Finding new customers and maintain good relationship and provide best service to wholesales, project owner, developer, contractor, architecture at provinces areas.
- Keep on Cold call, customer visiting and meeting to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and close deal closed won.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (wholesales and project sales at provinces), market trends, and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with top management and marketing manager to develop effective promotional strategies for provinces sales growth
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sale activities and KPIs reports and presentations for top management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
