Job Description:
• Ensures the facilities deliver a high quality fitness experiences to all members;
• Carries out daily tasks and functions assigned;
• Develops and update Fitness Center Business;
• Oversees Fitness Center Staff. Ensures staff consistently executes the basics in punctuality, dress code, compliance, friendliness and cleanliness;
• Trains Fitness Staff on current rules and regulations;
• Identifies equipment and supplies to be needed;
• Maintains the Fitness Center Policies and Procedures Manual;
• Develops program, event and activities;
• Plans group exercise program;
• Communicates any problem, members concerns or suggestions to Management;
• Ensures excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problem, and answering questions for employees and customers;
• Offers ideas and suggestion to management;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
– Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or another related majors. .
– At least 4-5 years experience in the same field.
– Strong leadership;
– Knowledge of Sport and Recreation;
– Sale and Marketing Skill;
– Good Communication and interpersonal skill;
– Fluent Spoken and Written English;
– Presentation skill;
– Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
– Physical look: Healthy, pleasant personality, smart, charming, well groomed;
– Attitude: Friendly with positive attitude, enthusiastic;
– Skills: Steady previous employment record;
– Willing to learn. Eyes on details;
– Be proactive and able to take the initiative;
– Be able to motivate and inspire a team;
– Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions as business demands dictate.
