Responsibilities:

  • Develops short-term and long-term strategies for the marketing, communications, public relations, and research development programs to enhance the company’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public;
  • Develops systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing programs; designs appropriate measurement tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing efforts;
  • Develops and creates strategies, policies and procedures that will improve and maximize occupancy of the mall; plans and executes innovative events, marketing and advertising activities to increase traffic, sales and retention of customers;
  • Implements and evaluates the effectiveness of comprehensive marketing programs and takes corrective actions for improvements;
  • Facilitates internal and external communications and designates, produces and distributes the marketing materials including publications, media relations, customer awareness and so forth;
  • Provides communication solutions for all events and guest service promotions including the up-dating ofmall guides, directory boards and general guest services literatures; organizes and manages customer loyalty and shopper incentive programs;
  • Builds positive relations with tenants; plans and organizes tenant meetings, customer service training, tenant communications; evaluates and improves overall tenant relations and customer service on an ongoing basis;
  • Works effectively with relevant departments to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated throughout the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Coordinates public relations efforts that maintain the malls in a favorable light, creates interest in the malls, promotes special events, and increases exposure of tenants; builds relationships with key media, agencies, community and enhance the overall perception of the company.
  • Conducts and analyzes market research, trend analysis and strategies; coordinates research activities forthe malls (customer studies, foot fall, tenant mix, demographics); continually evaluates the competition and market conditions to ensure the successfulness of the execution of marketing strategies.

Requirement:

  • Master Degree/Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail and/or related shopping center or other related field.
  • Management and Leadership Skill;
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamental research;
  • Communication and Presentation skill;
  • Persuasion and conflict resolution skills;
  • English Proficiency; Chinese is plus;
  • Result-orientated and high energy;
  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities; Ability to develop strategic solutions;
  • Ability to communicate with and make presentations to: retailers, leasing, event and sponsorship prospects;
  • Ability to work independently combined with a strong collaborative style of communication;
  • Ability to communicate with all level within the organization and ability to work independently and in ateam situation;
  • Creative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issues.
