JOB SUMMARY

Plan, organize, develop, coordinate, execute, and administer the total operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering department to achieve optimum results in terms of guest satisfaction. Continuously increase operating revenue and profitability through better sales and reduced cost by maximizing guest satisfaction in an atmosphere of high employee morale.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three years of work experience as a Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or a similar role in a 4/5-star hotel
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Commitment to high standards, team motivation abilities, effective delegation and mentoring, analytical skills for budget management, problem-solving proficiency, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Due to work quota limitations, only local candidates are preferred.
