JOB SUMMARY

Sous Chef will oversee the kitchen team under the Executive Chef’s guidance, ensuring high food quality and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include enforcing safety guidelines, managing food supplies and budgets, and preparing menus. In the Executive Chef’s absence, you will participate in daily briefings and monthly meetings to ensure all action points are addressed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a restaurant or catering institution with recognized high standards
  • Relevant experience in a variety of cuisines or a specific style of cuisine
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star Hotel environment together with a suitable experience in leadership is essential in this role
  • Certified qualification as Chef from a recognized institute
  • Knowledge of Khmer and English
  • Experience in a luxury resort is advantageous
  • Due to work quota limitations, only local candidates are preferred.
