JOB SUMMARY

Adventure Butler is responsible for in-house guest activities such as greeting, check-in/out guests, processing room dining service, arranging guest entertainment, and providing and delivering the best experience for the guests upon arrival, during their stay, and departures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or a related vocational training certificate or a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism is advantageous
  • Experience as an Adventure Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Able to speak English is essential, ability to communicate in other languages is a plus
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Sensitivity to potential issues and strong listening skills
  • Due to work quota limitations, only local candidates are preferred.
