Responsible for the administration and operations of all food and beverage outlets and ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability.


  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of related experience including 2 years as an F&B Manager or similar role.
  • Must possess knowledge in budgeting and expense management
  • Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment, motivation, and passionate about service excellence
  • Passion in developing others
