Under the general guidance and supervision of the Reservation and E-Commerce Manager, and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, takes and maintains reservations for the hotel.

Responsibilities include assisting the Reservation and E-Commerce Manager in online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities, and managing the company’s website and web traffic. Develops direct and semi-direct online channels to check and improve the hotel’s online presence.


  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools
  • Able to work independently with strong commitment and dedication to the hotel business (online)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and creativity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Due to the limit of the work quota, only local candidates are preferred
