Job Description
 Senior Sales Consultant
  • Develop and implement training programs to train the team on how to get customers, negotiate to close deals
  •  Support manager to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions conferences, workshop and seminar
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Conduct interviews and hiring condominium sales executives
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Other tasks assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • Good at English and Chinese communication is a plus advantage
  • Has 2 years experiences as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and presentation
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Understanding real estate/property sector
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
