Job Description
  • Oversee daily purchase activities locally to ensure products and services meet the company requirements for quality, and pricing with suppliers
  • Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance, and product orders to respond to operations demand
  • Work out on supplier assessment semi-annually or annually, and terms of agreements and pricing with suppliers
  • Collaborate with all stores to meet current and future needs, manage stock levels, and ensure timely procurement
  • Ensuring timely delivery of purchased products to all stores
  • Ensuring proper storage of goods are in closely control
  • Checking the quality of purchased products and resolving any discrepancies
  • Utilize technical tools to analyze procurement data and increase responsiveness to store demands vs. sales target
  • Keeping detailed records of purchases agreement, quotation, delivery note information, invoices, receipts
  • Ensure purchase daily transactions are up-to-date in the system and in closely monitor in data
  • Creating monthly reports on purchases including cost comparison
  • Do monthly payment to all suppliers
  • Perform auditing processes to ensure purchase and recordkeeping comply with food industry or governmental regulations, and brand guideline
  • Supervise a team of procurement analysts, providing training and support as needed
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Good at speaking, writing, listening, reading English
  • Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
  • Negotiate price
  • Prepare report
  • Analyze and research the market for the type of goods in charge
  • Can work under pressure
