Job Description
- Oversee daily purchase activities locally to ensure products and services meet the company requirements for quality, and pricing with suppliers
- Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance, and product orders to respond to operations demand
- Work out on supplier assessment semi-annually or annually, and terms of agreements and pricing with suppliers
- Collaborate with all stores to meet current and future needs, manage stock levels, and ensure timely procurement
- Ensuring timely delivery of purchased products to all stores
- Ensuring proper storage of goods are in closely control
- Checking the quality of purchased products and resolving any discrepancies
- Utilize technical tools to analyze procurement data and increase responsiveness to store demands vs. sales target
- Keeping detailed records of purchases agreement, quotation, delivery note information, invoices, receipts
- Ensure purchase daily transactions are up-to-date in the system and in closely monitor in data
- Creating monthly reports on purchases including cost comparison
- Do monthly payment to all suppliers
- Perform auditing processes to ensure purchase and recordkeeping comply with food industry or governmental regulations, and brand guideline
- Supervise a team of procurement analysts, providing training and support as needed
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or relevant field
- Good at speaking, writing, listening, reading English
- Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
- Negotiate price
- Prepare report
- Analyze and research the market for the type of goods in charge
- Can work under pressure
