- Builds, plans, and implements the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manages the strategy
- Manages and trains the rest of the team
- Stays up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manages all digital marketing channels
- Prepares and manages a digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
- Manages and improves online content through social media, etc.
- Builds an inbound marketing plan
- Forecasts sales performance trends
- Motivates the digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitors competition and provides suggestions for improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends…)
- Good knowledge of all digital Marketing channels
- Critical Thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam player
- Be punctual, and good communication
