Job Description
- Research and assess tenants/brand representatives.
- Meet brand representatives daily.
- Negotiate with targeted brands based on the guidelines and feedback from management.
- Prepare related documents for the signing of the agreement.
- Follow up with tenants to complete the agreement.
- Updating leasing progress to the leasing supervisor.
- Working with leasing officers to reach leasing targets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line supervisor/manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of business or a related major.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the retail leasing field.
- Having a wide network in the retail market.
- Knowledgeable about market trends.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and within deadline
- Possessing Computer, English and Khmer language skills (Chinese is a plus).
- Enthusiastic and confident in working with people.
- Motivated to grow and learn from challenges.
