Job Description
  • HR Operation: Staff Promotion, Add work, Special increment request
  •  Check, monitor, and verify staff Promotion, add work, and special increment requests to ensure that the requests are accurate and follow the template of the HRBP.
  • Collect data/information and make a  recommendation to seek approval from the HRBP manager
  • Produce report.
    KPI Setting, Collection, and Verification for Investment Project
  • Collect, verify, and make recommendations on all KPIs of investment projects to ensure SMART KPI.
  • Consolidate report of Annual KPI Setting, Mid-Year KPI Result, and Annual Evaluation KPI Result for assigned projects (Soft and Hard Copy).
  • KPI Tracking (KPI Setting, KPI Mid-Year, and Result of the previous year).
    Manpower analysis for the Investment project
  • Collect the manpower plan and org chart for assigned projects. (Investment Project)
  • Assist the Deputy HRBP Manager in collecting all related reports to support manpower analysis and make recommended manpower changes to seek approval.
    Attendant and Payroll Attendant Management
  • Collect the updated attendant list about staff resignation, staff transfer, maternity leave, staff suspension for the first salary payment.
  • Collect staff monthly attendance list from all Investment Projects, Construction supply and housing sales for second salary payment.
    Career Advisory Club (CAC)
  • Support HRBP Deputy/Manager to operate and manage CAC
  • Work as coordinator to promote HR Career Advisory Club service for MAM and Projects (focus on succession candidates, talented candidates, walk-in candidates, internal transfers, and Talent Management Evaluation) to make sure that all candidate data are properly managed.
  • Consolidate Monthly and Annual report.
    Attendant Management (Face Scan)
  • Check and verify punctuality report of assigned divisions/departments (GRA, Admin, Payroll, IT, HR, Legal, Director Office, Internal Audit, Security and Warehouse) to ensure that all data are properly correct.
  • Send Punctuality Report to each division/department on time.
    Report and Data control
  • Prepare the HRBP Monthly report and submit to the Head of HR
  • Prepare weekly report for the  HRBP meeting
  • Ensure all data of the HRBP department is updated timely and accurate.

 

Job Requirements
  •  BA or MA Degree in management or other related fields
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner for at least 1 to 3 years;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Analytical and goal-oriented;
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics;
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and a business consultant;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
  • Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Access, power PowerPoint.
