Job Description
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners (HRBP) and other stakeholders to 3 address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
  • Conduct 360° Management Survey, MAM Survey and Service Survey to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and engagement.
  • Provide training and support to managers on effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee relations activities and outcomes.
  • Other duties are assigned by ER&E Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
  • Good communication in English and Khmer (Writing, speaking and listening)
  • Good computer knowledge, Ms. Office, internet, outlook, and other social media.
  • Trustworthy person with high confidentiality.
  • Possess basic knowledge on guiding, counselling and advisory concepts.
  • Flexible, tolerate and be able to work under pressure.
  • Hardworking and high commitment with result oriented.
