- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with HR business partners (HRBP) and other stakeholders to 3 address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
- Conduct 360° Management Survey, MAM Survey and Service Survey to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and engagement.
- Provide training and support to managers on effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee relations activities and outcomes.
- Other duties are assigned by ER&E Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
- Good communication in English and Khmer (Writing, speaking and listening)
- Good computer knowledge, Ms. Office, internet, outlook, and other social media.
- Trustworthy person with high confidentiality.
- Possess basic knowledge on guiding, counselling and advisory concepts.
- Flexible, tolerate and be able to work under pressure.
- Hardworking and high commitment with result oriented.
