Job Description
  • To set KPI for each dealer following the annual budget plan
  • To monitor performance and provide field support to each dealer through regular meeting for a better improvement
  • To develop visualize tool for supporting dealer operation
  • To ensure the good implementation of Customer Service process
  • To support on warranty policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • To collaborate with Customer Relation department to enhance appointment activity, Periodic Maintenance reminder, Post Service Follow Up, and
    Customer Satisfaction Index to achieve high customer retention
  • To collaborate with Customer Service marketing for a better understanding on operation performance of
    each dealer and seek for improvement
  • To ensure timely and accurate Customer Service report
  • To perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  • University degree in Management/Business or other related fields
  • Good knowledge of communication and convincing skills
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  •  Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement
  •  Good at problem solving
  •  Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job
  •  Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data and provide analysis
  • Proficiency in English language
