Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Sales/Branch Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  •  To assist the Sales/Branch Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
  •  Assist Sales/Branch Manager by completing all assigned duties
  • Supervise and support Sales Consultant
  • Prepare for new vehicle specification.
  •  Work with designer for vehicle’s e-catalogue
  •  Collect information from competitor and update to BM and sales team.
  •  Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to sales staff
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales/Branch Manager
  •  Communicate all sales relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales/Branch Manager
  •  Meet regularly with Sales/Branch Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team
  •  Vehicle sale to achieve the sales target
  • Vehicle delivery and product explanation
  •  Responsible for checking the car display in Showroom to ensure all cars are clean
  •  Conduct Daily and Weekly sales meetings
  •  Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to Sales/Branch Manager
  •  Update your customer profile (customer-by-customer) and submit to Sales/Branch Manager every week
  •  Report market situation and competitors activities to the manager
  •  Build good relationship with customers for long business corporate
  •  Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market
  • Report on market situation (Showroom customer feedback) once a week
  •  To conduct other jobs as assigned by managers
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or Related Fields.
  • Fluent command on both written and spoken English proficiency, and Chinese is a plus.
  • Have experience in Sales & Marketing at least 3 to 4 years.
  • Good communication and well attitude with customer and team work.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of creating marketing calendar.
  • Basic understanding on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
