Job Description
- To assist the Sales/Branch Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- To assist the Sales/Branch Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
- Assist Sales/Branch Manager by completing all assigned duties
- Supervise and support Sales Consultant
o Prepare for new vehicle specification.
o Work with designer for vehicle’s e-catalogue
o Collect information from competitor and update to BM and sales team.
o Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to sales staff
o Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales/Branch Manager
o Communicate all sales relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales/Branch Manager
o Meet regularly with Sales/Branch Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team
o Vehicle sale to achieve the sales target
o Vehicle delivery and product explanation
o Responsible for checking the car display in Showroom to ensure all cars are clean
o Conduct Daily and Weekly sales meetings
o Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to Sales/Branch Manager
Job Requirements
o Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
o Fluent command on both written and spoken English proficiency, and Chinese is a plus.
o Have experience in Sales & Marketing at least 4 years and from Automotive industry is plus.
o Good communication and well attitude with customer and team work.
o Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
o Knowledge of creating marketing calendar.
o Basic understanding on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
o Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
