Job Description

Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
    Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to improve performance.
    Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Policy, SOP, and KPI Creation:

  • Collaborate with the HR department to create sales policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and
    key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
    Ensure that sales policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by the sales
    team.
    Regularly review and update sales KPIs to align with company objectives and market conditions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
    Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from any related course
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
