Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager maximizes sales through strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of all sales activities. S/he aims to retain and develop potential clients while fostering long-term relationships with them. Additionally, they motivate and monitor the sales team’s performance to maximize guest satisfaction.

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all revenue streams within the hotel.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
