Sales Manager

Job Description

• To administer Company’s policy and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability;
• To step in to answer customer questions and issues when required;
•  To lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives and target either indoor or outdoor team;
•  To new member orientation either vehicle specification or working environment explanation;
•  To maximize departmental profitability through the sales of vehicles, finance schemes and associated products;
•  To forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for management to review;
•  To ensure all cars in showroom are good in term of cleaning;
•  To prepare daily report (Customer negotiation progress) and send to GM every day;
• To prepare weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to GM every week and month;
•  To update your customer profile (customer-by-customer) and submit to GM every week;
• To report market situation and competitor’s activities to the manager once a week.

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent
•  Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing and 1 year working in Cambodia
•  Cambodia local knowledge and culture is required
•  Have good communication in Chinese and English is a plus
•  Be able to travail nationwide
•  Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle finance legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
• Have good knowledge of potential customers and contacts with existing fleet users
