Job Description
  •  Welcome all customers to the showroom.
  • Understands the vehicle by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  •  Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
  •  Responsible for cleaning the car display in the showroom to ensure all cars are clean.
  •  To identify prospects & opportunities for sales in the assigned region.
  •  To keep follow-up with all clients and convert to hot/contract & delivery.
  • To cooperate with other MFIs/banks to support clients.
  •  To transfer all amounts of the booking with the accountant or administration.
  •  To prepare and propose work plan/trip plan as daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  •  Maintaining daily reporting structures and recording sales activity to the sales manager.
  •  Build good relationships with customers for long-term business relationships.
  •  Report on market situation (showroom customer feedback).
  •  Create and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  •  Quote pricing, rates, and vehicle availability to clients.
  •  Keep the achievement for the monthly sales target.
  •  Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
  •  Involved with social media, such as product reviews or promotional videos.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line Manager.

 

Job Requirements
  •  One year experience in Sales sector or Automotive background is a plus.
  •  A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
  •  Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  •  Strong in communication skills, results- oriented.
  •  Computer literacy, internet-email.
  •  Can work under pressure
