Job Description
- Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
- Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, mail, and direct visit in order to build a strong relationship
- Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment
- Update customer profits in the company database system
- Ensure display in showroom is clean and create new ideas of showroom decoration when on showroom standby duty
- Timely and accurately, produce daily report to supervisor
- Understand and update competitor’s movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales
- Join event, roadshow, or other idea to increase number of new prospector
- Support colleagues as when necessary
- Create your own digitals content to get more customer’s inquiry (leads)
- Participate in all sales-related training and most of other assigned training by receiving at least average result
- Provide customer high satisfaction through SSI evaluations and always do your best support solving customer problem if any
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management/marketing or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in sales or fresh graduated student
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
- Knowledge of computer, Ms. Word, Excel and power point
- Having a valid driving license s a plus
