Job Description

  • Deliver our Shops customer program and maintain a comprehensive knowledge about all products\
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, development and retention of the shop staff and liaise with the Regional Training
  • Manager to Implement in-shop training
  • Maintain motivation, communication within shop’s team and a positive working environment to promote a culture of passion,
  • teamwork, and respect
  • Creates shop objectives and action plans to achieve target
  • Complete and post weekly staff schedule, complete daily job allocation of staff and conduct shift meetings
  • Maintain high standard of ethics, integrity, personal conduct, and appearance. Implement our company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Develop sales/profit targets with the shops team. Identify local and implement brand promotions to maximize sales
  • Responsible for the good completion of reports

Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor degree in Management, tourism management or any related field .
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Management and customer service experience in a service industry
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial (Chinese is a plus)
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
