Job Description

Relationship Manager for Lending (SME) is responsible for establishing sale channel to existing SME customer & explore to new acquisition via all applicable sale channel and business relationship management for selling SME lending products to individual SME and other medium size of business SME

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Filed promotions and new acquisitions to meet the SME banking products sale target
  • Credit portfolio management under the Individual SME and medium size SME segment
  • Gathering customer experiences with HTB’s banking products/services and reports to chief of division through the business banking department. 
  • Gathering fresh information on business sector developments in operational areas through customer relationship and market intelligent competency. 
  • Establish business relationship with all businessman; private sectors and government body to initiate the sales of HTB’s products.
  • Manage the growths of SME Loan portfolio for Individual SME and medium size SME segment. 
  • Self-competency building regardless commercial banking products knowledge and relationship technique. 
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trend.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as need
  • Field/front-end collections for the bad quality loan.

  • Age above 25 years old.
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or equivalent degree is preferable.  
  • At least 3 years of working experiences including 1 years in management level and, at least 2 years experiences in sales sector
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours. 
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result.
