Job Description

Relationship Manager (Corporate) is responsible for onboarding customers both loan and deposit and building good relationship with  new and existing customers by providing best customers service up on the request from clients. Be responsible for preparing the credit proposal paper_ analysis on purpose, business operation, security, financial performance and etc. to seek approval from credit committee.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong focus on business development, relationship building and networking;
  • Develop and implement plan focusing on loan pipeline as well as strategies for growth of new and existing client in order to achieve Bank’s target;
  • Market products and solutions to increase lending, deposit and cross-sell opportunity.
  • Ensure quality of loan portfolio through sound credit assessment and monitoring.
  • Prepare sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank.
  • Develop in-depth understanding and assessment of borrower’s business needs, evaluate and identify risk and mitigations in order to identify lending opportunities, appropriate loan structure and recommend financial solutions to borrowers;
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in banking and finance or related file
  • Financial background, analytical and credit background.
  • Outgoing personality, confidence, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate, and business lending with proven experience in both sales/relationship as well as credit proposal.
  • Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player;
  • Sound written and verbal English communication skills. Japanese or Thai Speaking is an additional advantage.
