Job Description
- Main Duties of Operation in store: Preparing Prescription medicines-OTC, Skin care, Health Care, including Non-Food item categories such as: Pet Care, Cleaning, Sanitary, Kitchen Goods, Cleaning Goods, Toiletries, Skin Care, Grooming, Prescription Poison by category.
- Prepare price card and POP during the display of merchandise.
- Interpret medicine to make sure of correcting usage.
- Serves customers by preparing medications, counseling customers on drug therapies.
- Dispense by prescription and illness.
- Checking operating daily job such as 4P, display, POP, refill
- Preparing Prescription medicines-OTC, Skin care, Health Care… by categories
- Check fulfillment and display products at the pharmacy area and SSM.
- Checking cleaning, selling area, backroom, and working place, followed by Clean & Safe and 5S
- Checking expiry products and alerting to team to prepare and display, followed by FIFO/FEFO procedure and report to the Group manager.
- Purchase order, follow up with the ordering plan.
- Controlling PA0, high loss items, and reporting to the Group manager
- Preparing the sale report and meeting (proxy group manager) with Line/Proxy as required
- Meeting daily-weekly-monthly with Line/Proxy as required and report to the Group manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager/Proxy.
- Complete training course from the company and Pharmacy skills as required.
- Maintaining control over delivering, stocking, and labeling medicine and other products
- Receiving products at MMD and arranging stock both in the selling area and in the Backroom.
- Work shifts have to be flexible as needed by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good knowledge of health and beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and developing healthy relationships.
- Positive attitude, individual, and passionate.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail pharmacy
- Good in communication, interpersonal skills, and good time management.
- Good Khmer and English, both verbal and written.
- Able to work rotate weekends or holidays.
