Scope of Work and Objectives
  • Efficiency and Profitability: aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profit margin.
  •  Service/Production Excellence: Ensures high-quality service or product delivery by managing internal processes and addressing operational challenges.
  • Operations Continuity: Ensures that operations run smoothly without disruptions, address logistical and process-related issues as they arise.

 Reporting and authority

  • Operation Manager is reporting to General Manager.

 Key Responsibilities

  •   Ensures efficient and effective daily operations such as staffing, quality control, and cost management
  • Ensure business runs smoothly, meeting quality standards and optimizing the use of resources
  • Oversea hiring, training, and managing staff performance to maintain high performance standards
  • Responsible for managing resource like inventory, equipment, and workforce to ensure smooth service or production
  •  Control operational budgets, tracks expenses, and works to minimize cost while maintaining quality
  • Develop business strategic for deliver excellent service quality and behavior
  • Manage and motivate staff to increase sales revenue
  • Main power of planning for store such as sales promotion
  • Dealing with customer service issue such as queries and compliant
  • Be responsible for maintaining and helping enforce the brand standards for each unit by conducting and managing frequently audits
  • Manage and monitor expenditure associated in store for effectiveness
  •  Solve the problems between staff and staff in case it happened
  • Manage overall such as front, back, and office space to be tidy and in order, good hygiene, and good environment comply with standard
  • Prepare monthly report to General Manager
  •  Perform any other duties as assigned by General Manager
Job Requirements

 Requirements
  • Expertise in managing operations, improving efficiency, and solving logistical problems
  •  Strong leadership skill in managing teams, motivate staff, and ensure high performance
  •  Knowledge in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to ensure operational profitability
  • Ability to quickly resolve operational issues, from supply chain disruptions to staff problems
  • At least 5 years of experiences in Food and Beverage Management. Other candidates coming from different industries such as retail, hospitality, wellness performing in a similar capacity / role (Operation Manager) are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong in communication in English, ability to speak Chinese would be a plus
  • Strong in leadership and in negotiation skills
