Job Description

Officer for Smart Banking position is mainly responsible for smart banking development, smart banking management, and improvement for conduct training, market survey with competitor, develop procedure and guideline on customer journey and user experience are seamless starting from product process onboarding, acquiring control, transaction and basic analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support ATM/STM new deployment and relocation base on smart banking strategy
  • Drive issuing and acquiring business and its project implementation
  • Support business strategies and planning according to the business roadmap
  • Prepare business requirement for new system or enhancement system for smart banking business
  • Implement projects for smart banking business including project planning, UAT execution, procedure, and guideline.
  • Develop the necessary material and provide training/refreshment to branches and another related stakeholder
  • Liaise with acquiring companies to explore the new products and services for feeding the market need in order to increase the non-interest income to the bank.
  • Provide immediate solution in response to customer inquiry and escalate matter to relevant stakeholder for solution
  • Conduct card and smart banking product training to related team
  • Collect customer feedback and recommend for feature enhancement
  • On a weekly basis, present service performance dashboard, status/progress and initiate necessary actions to respond and meet assigned and agreed solutions
  • Manage smart banking implementation project and ongoing enhancement projects include onboarding new products, new features, and application appearance
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Skills Specifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in ATM/STM business and project implement at banks and/or MFIs.
  • Good at project management, procedure writing and operation skills
  • Bachelor degree in banking & finance, business admin, economic and equivalent.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills is a plus.
  • Good proficiency in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
