Job Description
  •  Prepare a Preventative Schedule to ensure all inspections and checks are undertaken regularly as required.
  •  Assign tasks to do maintenance services as per schedule such as generator, air conditioner, booster pump, transfer pump, electrical panel, and firefighting system.
  •  Regularly scheduled inspectors and reports of the condition of property and equipment.
  • Support the property management office and follow up on any outstanding technical issues relating to facility or operation disruption.
  •  Work closely with contractors /suppliers to make sure that problems are solved in a timely manner. Contractors may include AC, Elevator, Escalator, Genset, and more as required.
  • Oversee the work of any sub-contractors, ensuring they are following their contractors’ terms and conditions and monitoring their work quality.
  •  Identify technical problems at the building and recommend improvement plans to maximize efficiency.
  • Look for ways to reduce electricity costs where possible.
  •  Prepare water and electrical monthly consumption reports.
  •  Provide guidance and training to your team on how to operate and maintain equipment inside DBG.
  •  Support tenants should they have any problems or emergency problems.
  •  Be part of a team implementing risk management including emergency evacuation and fire drills.
Job Requirements
  •  Technical qualification in Engineering, mechanical or electrical, or related fields.
  •  Experience working with mechanical, electrical, Plumbing, and fire equipment.
  •  Knowledge or experience of the tenant fit-out process.
  • Minimum 30 years of age, or 5 years’ experience.
  •  5 years experience in mechanical and electrical or engineering fields.
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, Plumbing, and fire equipment within tall buildings or large projects.
