Job Description
  • Assist to manage mall operation to achieve safe and secure shopping mall for customer and employee.
  • Manage customer parking and staff parking to ensure smooth operation.
  • Create countermeasure to prevent crime and complaint from customer.
  • Handle customer’s complaint related to safety.
  • Conduct training about mall regulation to tenant’s staff (including preparing training material).
  • Manage and monitor sub-constructor’s service KPI.
  • Manage all matter related to safety control.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree of laws or conflicts management or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in relevant field such as security managements.
  • Be good and skillful at dealing with negotiation or disputes in regards to non-compliance of rules, accidents, government, or other members of society.
  • Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi levels and culturally diversified team dynamics.
  • Good at time management and problem solving.
  • Computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office).
  • Be disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication.
  • Be honest, integrity, self-motivation, able to work under pressure and good attention to details.
  • Be hard working and willing to learn new tasks.
  • Able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and holiday shift).
