KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investment partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for investors, providing regular updates, performance reports, and addressing queries.
  • Develop engagement strategies to improve partner satisfaction and increase investment commitments.
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective investors and target industries.
  • Develop presentations and proposals tailored to potential investors, highlighting the company’s value proposition.
  • Lead the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to assess risk factors and contract terms.
  • Ensure that all partnership agreements are thoroughly reviewed, negotiated, and documented.
  • Collaborate with the finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members involved in partner relations or investment research.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, pipeline development, and investment metrics to senior management.
  • Plan and participate in investor meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Represent the company professionally in all external engagements, building credibility and promoting the company’s reputation.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management, investment management, partnerships, or investor relations, preferably within the finance or fund management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and due diligence.
  • Experience in managing complex negotiations and partnership agreements.
