Job Description
- Explore and Ability to Successfully Invite Local and Overseas Tenants Fulfill Vacant Lots
- Ability to Create up-to-date current trend Concept and Zoning
- Effectively enhance and develop non-active area and zone in the Center
- Plan and Implement Tenancy Mix
- Conduct Market Survey to Fit Customers’ Preference
- Control Tenancy Agreements and Related Documents
- Analyze Tenants and Brands Performance
- Communicate and Facilitate Tasks with Tenants
- Perform Duties and Tasks as Assigned
- Report to General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Law, Marketing, Economics, Education, IR or Related Fields
- Working Experiences Relating with Leasing or Other Related Fields is most preferable
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Good in Analytical Skills and General Knowledge
- Fluent in English and Khmer
- Good Computer Skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Integrity & Passion
- Be Able to Work with Shift Schedule (including weekend and holidays).
