Job Description
  • Marketing and advertising vacant properties: This involves creating compelling property listings, scheduling open houses, and running targeted online and offline marketing campaigns to attract potential tenants.
  •  Conducting property tours: You’ll be responsible for showcasing available units to prospective tenants, highlighting their features and amenities and answering any questions they may have.
  • Screening applicants: This involves reviewing rental applications, verifying income and employment, and checking credit scores to ensure applicants meet the rental criteria..
  • Negotiating lease terms and conditions: You’ll work with potential tenants to reach mutually agreeable lease agreements, covering rent, security deposits, pet policies, and other relevant terms.
  •  Processing lease paperwork: This includes collecting signatures, obtaining insurance verification, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Building relationships with tenants: Fostering positive relationships with tenants is key to retaining them and ensuring a smooth rental experience. You’ll handle maintenance requests, address concerns promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Keeping track of lease agreements, tenant information, and financial records is essential for efficient property management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree of sales& marketing, business management or any relevant field;
  • At least 1 year experience in sales or leasing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Building rapport with both landlords and tenants is crucial in this role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills: Juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines is essential for success.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements is crucial.
  • Sales and marketing experience (a plus): The ability to sell vacant properties and negotiate effectively is valuable.
