Job Description
Assist & Develop Leadership Program and Executive Program:
  •   Review and update the curriculum to meet the MAM business objective
  •  Develop and review relevant training materials and training methods
  •  Announce and facilitate selection of internal trainers and suggest suitable candidates from relevant departments for the program
  • Evaluate and report behavior change/progress of performance of participants after completing the course to relevant departments and committee

Facilitate the Coaching Program:

  • Announce Coaching Program for all staffs
  • Select and develop Internal Coaches
  •  Assist the coaching process of coach and coaches to follow the internal coaching agreement
  •  Assess periodically before, during, and after coaching and report the progress of the coaches

Provide effective training/coaching courses to staff with supportive learning environment:
• Facilitate and analysis Training Need Analysis (TNA) annually to prepare internal training/coaching program
• Design, update and deliver training/coaching courses related to specialty, skills and work experience when needed
• Process the administrative tasks for staff capacity building by outsider
• Conduct training report.

Facilitate Special Internship Program:

  •   Recruit Special Intern for various department
  • Prepare monthly incentive for special intern
    Facilitate New Employee Orientation Program for MAM:
  •  Prepare proposal and announce New Employee
  • Conduct HR Policy training
    Other tasks assigned by L&D Manager.
Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor Degree in Education or Business Management or related fields.
  •  At least 2 years experiences in Training and Development or related fields.
  •  Good knowledge of training needs assessment (TNA), development of training curricular, planning, organization and evaluation of training courses and workshops.
  •  Very Good English, Chinese is a plus, and computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office).
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skill.
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working
    relationships with people at all levels.
  • Ability to perform multitasks within tight deadlines without close supervision.
  • Flexible, dynamic and energetic.
  • Teamwork spirit, morality and working discipline.
  • Able travel to the field and/or stay overnight.
