I. Job Description
– Responsible for all procurement operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
– Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
– Ensures quality is provided at the lowest possible price taking advantage of discounts
– Involvement with vendor trade shows and related purchasing events to maximize buying abilities.
– Ensure food and beverage items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition.
– Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers.
– Tracking of product cost savings for progressive reporting and analysis.
– Facilitates removal of dead stock items from warehouse and conduct new/existing product evaluations as needed.

II. Job Requirements
– Bachelor degree
At least 3 years of relevant procurement and vendor management experience in the F&B (Restaurants)
– Excellent command of the English Language.
– Excellent Excel Skills.
– Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills.
