Job Description
- To sell (New Account) vehicles and visit customer at outside
- Call-out to customer, Appointment customers
Follow-up customers - Target setting vs. result reporting to Sales Manager
- Daily report (Today result & tomorrow plan) up-date
- Weekly report (This week result & next week plan include no. of sales contract, delivery & on-going deal customer list& quotation up-date),
- Monthly report (This month result & next month plan include no. of sales contract, delivery & on-going deal customer list and quotation),
- Daily update customer profile, review with Head of department
- Daily update customer profile, review with Head of department
- Report Win and lose customer in to MSD
- To conduct and follow strictly on Standard Sales Operation Procedure (SOP) from first contact will follow-up after delivery.
- To conduct other jobs as assigned by Head of department
- Report market situation and competitors activities head of department
- Build good relationship with customers for long business corporate.
- Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market.
- Report on market situation once a week.
- Support peer colleague as and when necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred;
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in selling products or automotive is plus
- Willing to work under pressure and long hours with minimum supervision;
- Possess the need to outdo the competitor.
- Good communication skills;
- Good Net worker
- Good negotiating skill,
- Adaptable and receptive to changes.
- Outgoing and sociable;
- Self-disciplined;
- Problem solving on the field.
- Valid car driving license.
