JOB SUMMARY
JATI Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Director to lead our spa and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a high-quality spa experience for our guests, ensuring the highest level of service, and promoting a culture of holistic well-being throughout the resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of spa operations wellness trends, sales skills, and exceptional customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations and achieving financial targets.
- Strong sales skills, leadership, and team management abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or other relevant wellness disciplines is a plus.
- Knowledge of local wellness traditions and practices is preferred.
