JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing a wide variety of recreational, sports, and water activity programs. This role includes managing daily operations of recreational areas, maintaining the highest safety standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort environment offering water sports and recreational facilities.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and guest service expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of water sports, fitness, safety protocols, and program development.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid).
