JOB SUMMARY
The Marine & Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the transportation operations on both land and sea. Ensuring the highest level of service for guests and staff while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Contributing to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marine Transportation, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, marine operations, or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of transportation operations, including safety regulations, maintenance, scheduling, and coordination
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Solid leadership skills and attention to detail
- Please note that due to work quota limitations, we give preference to local candidates for this position.
