JOB SUMMARY

The F&B Supervisor plays a critical operational role in ensuring the smooth execution of service across assigned F&B outlets. Responsible for managing the floor team during service periods, this role ensures that daily service standards, guest satisfaction levels, and team readiness are maintained consistently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Service training and wine knowledge certification are an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a luxury resort or restaurant; experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, delegate tasks, and stay motivated under pressure
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and committed to high standards in floor management and service
  • Please note that due to work quota limitations, we give preference to local candidates for this position.
