Job Description

IT Technical Support:
  •  Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems, to ensure optimal
    performance and availability
  • Oversee the daily maintenance of IT equipment, including hardware, software, and networks
  • Manage user requests and provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues
  •  Event support: Offer technical support for events
  •  Email, website and domain: Oversee the company email, website and domain, ensuring functionality
  • Train residents and staff on the use of IT systems and applications
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect data and systems
  •  System Enhancement: Research and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
  •  Application and management system
  • Work closely with property management teams to ensure optimal functionality of IT systems within the properties
  •  Manage and maintain ISP connections for both operation and property
  • Other as required
    Team Leadership:
  •  Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
  •  Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
  •  Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for technical development
    Budget Management:
  •  Monitor IT budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
  •  Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  •  Research and propose cost-effective solutions for IT needs
    Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal value for services procured
  •  Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support
    Risk Management:
  •  Develop and implement IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans
    • Conduct regular security audits and mitigate potential IT risks
    Compliance:
  •  Ensure adherence to relevant IT-related field of coordination
    Communication and Reporting:
  •  Provide regular updates to senior management
  • Provide clear and concise reports on IT performance and metrics
  •  Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments for IT-related needs within the company
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field
  •  Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
