- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems, to ensure optimal
performance and availability - Oversee the daily maintenance of IT equipment, including hardware, software, and networks
- Manage user requests and provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues
- Event support: Offer technical support for events
- Email, website and domain: Oversee the company email, website and domain, ensuring functionality
- Train residents and staff on the use of IT systems and applications
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect data and systems
- System Enhancement: Research and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
- Application and management system
- Work closely with property management teams to ensure optimal functionality of IT systems within the properties
- Manage and maintain ISP connections for both operation and property

Team Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for technical development
Budget Management: - Monitor IT budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Research and propose cost-effective solutions for IT needs
Vendor Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal value for services procured
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support
Risk Management: - Develop and implement IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Conduct regular security audits and mitigate potential IT risks
Compliance: - Ensure adherence to relevant IT-related field of coordination
Communication and Reporting: - Provide regular updates to senior management
- Provide clear and concise reports on IT performance and metrics
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments for IT-related needs within the company
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security
