Job Description
- To manage all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs
- To direct and oversee all administration related activities including security, preventative and corrective maintenance, office supplies and transportation
- To conduct performance evaluation training and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation
- To manage the human resources planning process to determine the Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs
- To monitor the compensation and benefits data of the Company to determine the competitiveness of the compensation plan
- To participate in interviews, selections and recruitments of employees to fill vacant positions
- To manage the new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards strategic goals
- To ensure that the Company’s overall human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures comply with Labor Law
- To manage and develop individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Have at least 6 years of experience in HR & Admin within automotive industry is a plus
- Have good knowledge of labor law, recruitment, compensation and compliance
- Be able to speak English and Chinese is an advantage
- Have good communication skills and be able to involve with problem solving
- Have at least good in Microsoft Office.
